Step 1 -HSA application signing

You are on your way to tax savings!

Your employer has chosen YourFlex as the administrator of your Health Savings Account (HSA). This gives you the opportunity to sign up for an HSA and deposit funds into your account pre-tax through payroll deductions.

This is voluntary but an incredible tax savings opportunity you should definitely consider. If you participate in a Qualified High Dedictible Plan and don't have any other health coverage for the first $1,350/$2,700 (for 2019) or $1,400/$2,800 (for 2020) of health coverage, you are eligible. Be sure to read our section on
HOW HSA's WORK so you can educate yourself on the pros and cons of owning an HSA.

This webpage will give you the ability to complete your HSA application online.

Please make sure you have the EMPLOYER CODE from your employer before you begin. That will be the first thing you will need to enter on your HSA application.

Step 2 –

Once your application is submitted:
  • Your account will be opened,
  • If you complete the section in your application that requests a debit card, the debit card(s) will be mailed to you within 30 days.
  • You will be able to login to your account within three working days - securely and privately.  Just return to this site,, and click on "Login" in the top menu.  Your login and password will be the same ones you set up while completing your application.

Step 3 –

  • If you want your employer to make regular deductions from your paycheck to deposit in your account, you will need to print and complete a HSA Salary Reduction Agreement and submit that form to your designated HR contact. There may be a due date imposed by your employer on when they want these forms back.
